The Kaņepju oak tree is the symbol of Jērcēni civil parish and we are proud with it.
  • Park Jaunjērcēni – it makes us happy with it beauty all over the seasons. Some grizzled trees have reached serious size – it is not far from the status of the secular trees.  There is a lime-tree with many boles in the park, but in the old tree hollows live different birds – middle woodpecker, grey headed woodpecker, tawny owls and other. The area of the park is 8 ha and it is run by rural municipality.  There is a pond in the park and have been arranged small bridges and arbour to make walk of visitors more comfortable.
  • Stone Jērcēni – the biggest eminent stone in the civil parish Jērcēni, one of the biggest 54 eminent stones in the country; locates near Pellemu house and around 1,5 km from the Jērcēni centre. It is light grey giant, formed out of granite and there is a legend - while standing on this stone, you can get the energy of the ground.
  • Manor house Jērcēni ( Jērcēnmuiža) – part of manor house complex, built in the beginning of the 20th century, called also Freulien house, as legend tells at that time there had been living unwed sisters of baron Krīdeners. The fireplace has been survived during times in the building, also tile stoves, which were built by famous experts Celms and Bēms. Their built fireplaces and stoves are also seeable in castle Rundāle, castle Nogale and other places in Latvia. As well as sight worthy elements of the interior are placed in the manor house. Manor house is enclosed by the park. Presently there are located rural government, library – information centre and common meeting place in the building. Instant inside look takes place since 1989, when artist and folksongs musician Valdis Atāls did repair works the manor house. He drew stained- glass windows, portrayed walls and “impregnated” them with his own songs. The song “Miglas pūce” (Fog owl) was born during this time in manor house Jērcēni. Premises have been survived because of incessant activities in this building – before the rural municipality office; there were collective farm “Ļeņina dzirkstele” office premises. Now manor house has gotten new roof and facade coloring thanks to Regional Fund support. The heating system has been improved as well as the windows have been replaced thanks to Latvia country investment support.

Mire Seda has huge potential to become one of the best places for observing birds in North Vidzeme and Latvia – near the flooded turf-pit locates bird observation tower and information stands. It points at main tourism potential in the territory – nature tourism, especially bird observation. In flooded mire part naturally has spread out fishes, thereby legal fishing is possible.
